The first step is to discuss what you want your website to achieve and how we will measure it's success. It can be very informative if you let us know about any sites that you like and any you don't like. We will also check your competitors to achieve the best result.

Unless your project is pretty small (and it’s OK if it is), we’ll create an outline with some notes that we can use as a starting point. This outline will help us figure out how many pages, how they relate to each other, and what approaches to take. If your site is brand new, we will also decide on a domain name and site host. Whatever your project, its design should reflect your brand and it should be user and search engine friendly.
Upon receipt of deposit, a set of visual images of how your website will look to the end user will be produced. These visuals can then be tweaked until we can establish the right look for your website, at which point development can begin.
After the design has been established, we can then begin building your website. You will provide us with the content to include on your website, which will be built and shown to you so that you can provide feedback.
Once everything works as it should on the development site, its time for your site to go live! This is also when you will be billed for the remaining balance due ... and when you celebrate!
Manage and Update
Our relationship doesn't end once we hand you your finished product. From time-to-time you will wish to update your website or add new features. There are a number of ways that we can help out: you can purchase a site management contract with us for a flat monthly fee, or we can bill our hourly rate to complete your requested updates. If you prefer, we will train you to update your own site. If you are leaning towards managing your own website, please let us know early on as it may affect how and where your site is hosted.100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Meaning you are satisfied with the design, layout, content & functionality. The satisfaction guarantee applies to the original quoted project / brief. If the project does not meet the functionality, design or content requirements that we said it would, we will adjust it (at no cost to the client) to suit. If no possible way is available to address the issue, we will at no-cost find another way or similar way to achieve this with the clients input.Disclaimer: Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to web & graphic design projects for up to 60 days after delivery is made. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to unpaid for work or work that is in RAZOR Web Design Limited's ownership. The guarantee is limited to labour involved in mending the issue, no refunds are givin on projects that do not meet the criteria unless if agreed upon by RAZOR Web Design Limited AND the other party.
